"We are in the final stages of a turnaround," said Marcus Laun, Chief Executive Officer of Sky Quarry. "We now have working capital, an operating refinery and a clear strategy for growth. With our Nevada refinery returning to production and our Utah operations advancing toward commercialization, we believe Sky Quarry is positioned to create meaningful value for shareholders while supporting energy production in the western United States."

A major focus of the discussion was the recent restart of the Eagle Springs refinery following the successful completion of facility improvements and receipt of the required air permit from Nevada regulators.

"It took us some time to secure the permit, but we're excited that process is complete and we're good to go on the refinery," said Laun. "This is an attractive time to be operating in the refining business, particularly in the western United States where refining capacity has been reduced. We believe our Nevada operations can play an important role in helping supply regional fuel markets."

Laun also highlighted the Company's Utah assets, including its oil sands lease and extraction facility, which together represent a significant future production opportunity.

"Our Utah asset sits on an oil sands lease expected to contain the equivalent of approximately 180 million barrels of oil," Laun stated. "As the United States continues to evaluate domestic energy resources, we believe Utah's oil sands will become an increasingly important component of the energy landscape."

Looking ahead, Laun outlined plans to ramp production at the Nevada refinery while advancing operations at the Company's Utah facility.

"Investors should expect a continued ramp in production through 2027," said Laun. "We recently hired a highly experienced refinery manager to lead Nevada operations, allowing our team to focus on business development and growth opportunities in Utah. Our objective is to have both facilities contributing meaningfully to revenue generation as we execute on our long-term strategy."

Laun also emphasized the favorable market environment for refining operations.

"The western United States continues to face refining capacity constraints, while global diesel supply remains challenged," he said. "Current market conditions have resulted in strong refinery operating margins, and we believe those dynamics create a compelling opportunity for Sky Quarry as we scale operations."
