NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AIB Data Centers Inc. (NYSE American: AIB) (“AIB” or the “Company”), a developer and operator of digital infrastructure focused on artificial intelligence (“AI”) and high-performance computing (“HPC”) workloads, today announced that Chief Financial Officer Jolienne Halisky and Vice President of Sales Gary Heitz will host an in-person presentation and one-on-one investor meetings at the LD Micro 20th Annual Main Event, taking place October 19–21, 2026 at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Halisky will also participate in a panel discussion on Monday, October 19.

The presentation will focus on AIB’s recently announced binding agreement with Nebius (Nasdaq: NBIS), under which the Company will provide 50 MW of critical IT capacity at its data center site in the southeastern United States over an initial 12-year term.

Management will discuss the project’s development and financing strategy, including customer prepayments that, together with project-level debt and preferred equity, are expected to fund a substantial portion of initial development costs. This structure is expected to significantly reduce AIB’s need for corporate-level common equity and limit potential shareholder dilution.
