Commodity prices showed a mixed picture at the close: US coffee C for September delivery was down 0.49% or 1.60 to $324.50. US cocoa for delivery in September rose 1.91% or 111.00 to hit $5,917.00. The August Gold Futures contract fell 0.07% or 2.65 to trade at $4,067.05 a troy ounce.

Currency moves

On the currency front, the USD/COP rate was down 0.01% at 3,231.03, while BRL/COP fell 0.02% to 636.33. The US Dollar Index Futures was lower by 0.35% at 100.36.
