SAN ANTONIO, July 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Usio, Inc., (Nasdaq:USIO), a leading provider of integrated, cloud-based electronic payment and embedded financial solutions, today announced plans to release its second quarter of fiscal 2026 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Usio’s management will host a conference call on August 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time to review financial results and provide a business update, followed by a question-and-answer session.
