On a broader monetary indicator, US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.74%, trading at 98.82 at the time reported.
This session's price action reflects selective strength in a handful of names and sector pressure in Technology, Communication and Banking stocks. The trading day also featured modest commodity and FX moves that accompanied the equity-market outcomes.
