Shares of Rezolve AI Ltd (NASDAQ:RZLV) rose 3.1% on Monday after the company released a preliminary, unaudited revenue figure for the first half of 2026 of approximately $127 million.
The preliminary number represents nearly 20 times year-over-year growth from the $6.32 million reported for the first half of 2025 and is more than 2.7 times Rezolve AI's audited full-year 2025 revenue of $46.8 million. The company said final, audited first-half 2026 results will be published in September 2026.
Rezolve AI reiterated its full-year 2026 revenue guidance at about $360 million. That guidance equates to roughly 7.5 times the audited 2025 full-year revenue of $46.8 million. The company indicated it expects revenue in the second half of 2026 to be materially larger than in the first half, citing three supporting factors: enterprise deployments, partner-led pipeline conversions, and seasonal acceleration in retail and commerce.
For context within the company's recent revenue cadence, Rezolve AI said that in 2025 its revenue rose from $6.32 million in the first half to about $40 million in the second half. The firm characterized the preliminary first-half 2026 performance as reflecting growth across an enterprise customer base of more than 1,000 customers, movement of contracted enterprise relationships into production, and distribution through technology and consulting partners.
Rezolve AI also pointed to a recent partnership with Zilch, a UK fintech platform that it said serves nearly 6 million customers, and to the availability of its brainpowa commerce-tuned models in Microsoft Foundry.
The company described elements of its AI stack, naming three components: brainpowa, which it said is designed to reduce hallucinations in commerce applications; TraceWare, which provides auditable tracking of AI agent activity; and Auditable AI, intended to enable AI-generated product recommendations to be explained and verified.
Market reaction to the preliminary figures was positive on the day of the announcement, and the company set a timetable for final results in September 2026. Investors and market participants will be watching the September release and the pace of second-half deployments to assess whether the company’s guidance and the drivers it cited materialize as expected.
