Stocks in Denmark finished Tuesday's trading session in positive territory as sector-level strength in Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Personal & Household Goods supported a broader advance across the market.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 gained 1.06%.

- Genmab (CSE:GMAB) rose 3.78% - a gain of 69.00 points - to finish at 1,896.50.
- Novozymes AS (CSE:NSISb) climbed 3.35% - up 13.90 points - to close at 428.50.
- Pandora A/S (CSE:PNDORA) increased 2.41% - a rise of 18.40 points - to end the session at 781.20.
Lagging names
- Oersted AS (CSE:ORSTED) fell 2.87% - down 4.40 points - to trade at 148.95 at the close.
- Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:VWS) declined 2.17% - a drop of 4.00 points - to finish at 180.00.
- Demant A/S (CSE:DEMANT) was down 1.92% - off 5.40 points - closing at 275.80.
Market breadth on the Copenhagen exchange showed 59 names falling versus 57 advancing, while 21 issues ended unchanged.
Commodities and currencies
In commodities trading, crude oil for August delivery rose 2.33% - up 1.60 - to $70.15 a barrel. Brent oil for September delivery climbed 2.39% - gaining 1.72 - to $73.71 a barrel. The August Gold Futures contract slipped 0.31% - down 12.89 - to trade at $4,154.61 a troy ounce.
On the currency front, USD/DKK moved up 0.12% to 6.54, while EUR/DKK was virtually unchanged, moving 0.02% to 7.47. The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.09% at 100.71.
The session closed with the OMX Copenhagen 20 higher, supported by gains in several large-cap names in consumer and healthcare-related sectors, while a subset of energy and industrial-related equities weighed on the downside.
