Banking, beverage and transport stocks lead gains while select names post sharp moves; oil prices slip

Morocco's stock market closed higher on Monday, with the Moroccan All Shares index rising 0.75% as advances in the Banking, Beverage and Transport sectors drove the session. Managem, Zellidja S.A and Societe des Boissons du Maroc were the top performers, while M2M Group, Rebab Company and Taqa Morocco posted the largest declines. On the Casablanca Stock Exchange, advancing issues outnumbered decliners by 38 to 21, while 4 stocks finished unchanged.

Foreign exchange moves showed EUR/MAD up 0.21% at 10.67 and USD/MAD higher by 0.22% at 9.38. The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 101.33.
