ATHENS, Greece, July 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Ship Lease, Inc. (NYSE:GSL) (the “Company”), a containership owner and lessor, today provided updated timing for its second quarter 2026 earnings announcement. The conference call to discuss the Company’s results for the second quarter 2026 will now take place on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, one day earlier than previously announced. The Company will issue financial results for the second quarter 2026 on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 before the open of market trading.

With the exception of the updated call timing, dial-in details for the conference call (provided below), are unchanged from those previously provided.

Contracted revenue on the same basis was $2.05 billion. Contracted revenue was $2.58 billion, including options under charterers’ control and with latest redelivery date, representing a weighted average remaining term of 3.3 years.
