("First Guaranty") (NASDAQ: FGBI), the holding company for First Guaranty Bank, reported net income of $3.4 million, or $0.17 per common share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to $0.14 per common share for first quarter ended March 31, 2026, and $0.12 per common share for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.
