(NYSE:TOL), the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, today announced its highly anticipated 2026 Luxury Home Tour taking place September 12 – 20, 2026 at new community locations across Northwest Arkansas.

The public is invited to tour select model homes Monday through Saturday between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday between 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Complimentary sweet treats will be available throughout the tour, and complimentary bites from local food trucks will be offered every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.


This year’s Luxury Home Tour destinations include five model homes in communities in Fayetteville, Elm Springs, Rogers, and Bentonville, as well as the Fayetteville Design Studio:

  • Magnolia Park offers beautiful new homes in west Fayetteville with convenient access to Clabber Creek Trail, Shaw Family Park, Interstate 49 and Highway 112.

  • Parkside provides a peaceful Elm Springs setting near Shaw Family Park, combining quiet neighborhood living with easy access to everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
