(Nasdaq: FRTT) (TSXV: FORT) (“Fort”), has reported financial results for the first half of 2026.

Fort reported record first-half results, delivering significant year-over-year growth in both revenue and gross profit.

Key Highlights - Six Months Ended June 30, 2026

  • Revenue increased 49% to $7.36 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared to $4.92 million for the same period in 2025. The transaction is intended to support Logia USA’s expansion in the U.S. market, with a primary focus on data centers and other critical infrastructure requiring reliable backup power solutions. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or about October 1, 2026.
