BEIJING, Aug. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NaaS Technology Inc. (Nasdaq: NAAS) ("NaaS" or the "Company"), the first U.S.-listed EV charging service company in China, today announced that on August 4, 2026, it received a written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department (the "Staff") of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"), stating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum market value of listed securities ("MVLS") requirement, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2) (the "Rule"), for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

As previously reported on February 20, 2026, the Company was notified by the Staff on February 17, 2026 that it was not in compliance with the Rule because it failed to maintain a MVLS of at least $35 million for a period of 30 consecutive trading days. The Staff has determined that the Company’s MVLS was US$35 million or greater for 20 consecutive business days, from July 7 through August 3, 2026. Accordingly, the Staff has confirmed that the Company has regained compliance with the Rule, and this matter is now closed.
