NEW YORK and DUBLIN, Aug. 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Further to the announcement made on June 12, 2026, Flutter Entertainment plc ("Flutter" or the "Company") (NYSE: FLUT) today announces that: (i) the listing of the Company's shares on the Official List of the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority; and (ii) the admission to trading of those shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, have now been cancelled with effect from 08:00 U.K. time today, August 3, 2026. Flutter's shares are now only listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
