(Nasdaq: CMND) (“Clearmind” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotech company focused on the discovery and development of novel, non-hallucinogenic, second generation, neuroplastogen-derived therapeutics to solve major under-treated health problems, today announced that it has been egranted an additional U.S. Patent, No. 12,357,590, titled "BINGE BEHAVIOR REGULATORS", by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

This latest patent builds directly on the Company’s previously issued U.S. Patent No. 12,350,242 and further strengthens its intellectual property protection around the MEAI (5-methoxy-2-aminoindane) molecule and related 2-aminoindan derivatives for regulating binge behaviors, including excessive drinking, eating, and other compulsive disorders.

With this grant Clearmind Medicine strengthens what it believes is one of the sector’s most comprehensive global intellectual property portfolios.
