QINGDAO, China, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Maase Inc. (NASDAQ: MAAS) (“MAAS” or the “Company”), an artificial intelligence (“AI”)-centric full-scene digital systems provider and operator, today announced that its subsidiary, Huazhi Future (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd. (“Huazhi Future”), recently entered into three services agreements with enterprise customers (the “Agreements”). The Agreements have an aggregate contract value of RMB 23.52 million and each has a two-year service term.

Agreement Details

Huazhi Future has entered into separate Agreements with the following enterprise customers: (i) Moffett AI Technologies (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., with a total contract value of RMB 16.52 million; (ii) Xiamen Jixing Gaozhao Culture Technology Co., Ltd., with a total contract value of RMB 5 million; and (iii) Xiamen Xingqi Media Technology Co., Ltd., with a total contract value of RMB 2 million.

Service Scope

Under the Agreements, Huazhi Future will provide the three customers with application programming interface (“API”) access to its proprietary large language model “Lingyan Miaoyu” and other models. The services include unified API integration, dedicated API keys, an enterprise management portal, token usage tracking, account and permission management, and ongoing technical maintenance. Customers may connect their own business systems to the relevant interfaces. The pricing will be calculated based on actual input and output token usage. All three Agreements adopt a prepaid model combined with monthly reconciliation. Huazhi Future will also provide service availability support, routine technical assistance, and major incident response in accordance with the agreements.
