NEW YORK, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Figure Technology Solutions (Nasdaq: FIGR; OPEN: FGRS), the leading blockchain-native capital marketplace for the origination, funding, sale and trading of tokenized assets, today announced the successful completion of its previously announced acquisition of Kiavi – the #1 Residential Transition Loan (“RTL”) lender – to bolster its blockchain-native marketplace.

Under the terms of the merger agreement announced June 10, 2026, Figure acquired Kiavi’s technology and operating platform and certain other assets. The transaction also included a joint venture between Figure and Sixth Street, a leading global investment firm, which purchased loans off Kiavi's balance sheet.

The Kiavi brand, platform and technology will be integrated across Figure’s network of more than 480 active ecosystem partners. In doing so, Figure will expand access to Kiavi’s market-leading residential transition and DSCR lending technologies through Figure’s blockchain-native marketplace, Figure Connect.

Kiavi CEO Arvind Mohan will join Figure as Chief Business Officer, leading the rollout of Kiavi’s platform across Figure’s ecosystem.

Figure’s previously issued Q3 Consumer Loan Marketplace guidance does not include the contribution of the Kiavi acquisition. Figure intends to update its outlook to reflect the combination of Kiavi, and provide a reconciliation to our previously issued guidance, during its’ Q3 2026 quarterly results.
