ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DSS, Inc. (NYSE American: DSS), a diversified technology company with experience in enterprise IT services, digital transformation, cybersecurity and authentication technologies, today announced the launch of DSS Robotics, a new business focused on AI-powered robotics and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise customers.

DSS Robotics expands the Company’s technology portfolio into artificial intelligence, robotics and intelligent automation, with a focus on helping organizations automate operational tasks, improve efficiency and support safer, more productive workplaces.

“Artificial intelligence and robotics are changing how businesses approach operations,” said Jason Grady, Chief Executive Officer of DSS, Inc. “DSS Robotics is a natural extension of our enterprise technology capabilities, with a focus on applying automation to real operational needs and delivering measurable value for customers.”

DSS Robotics is being developed to provide enterprise automation services that include strategic consulting, systems integration, deployment, lifecycle support and Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS). The center is intended to serve as both a live operational deployment site and a customer demonstration facility, providing a real-world setting to evaluate applications of intelligent automation across manufacturing, logistics and commercial operations.

DSS expects the new business to complement its existing enterprise technology activities and create opportunities for systems integration, recurring services and longer-term customer relationships as commercial initiatives develop.

“Our goal is not simply to place robots in a facility; it is to help organizations identify where intelligent automation can make a meaningful operational difference,” added Grady. “The Rochester center will give us a practical environment to demonstrate, test and refine those applications with customers and technology partners.”

Additional information regarding DSS Robotics, its technology partners and commercial initiatives will be announced as the business develops.
