HONG KONG, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 3 E Network Technology Group Limited (Nasdaq: MASK) (the “Company” or “3 E Network”), a business-to-business (“B2B”) information technology (“IT”) business solutions provider, committed to becoming a next-generation artificial intelligence (“AI”) infrastructure solutions provider, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, 3e Network Technology Company Limited (“HK 3e Network”), has entered into a hardware sales agreement with an enterprise client. Under the agreement, the subsidiary will supply enterprise-grade DDR4 memory chips valued at approximately $1.2 million.

Expanding Enterprise Hardware Sales Through a $1.2 Million DDR4 Memory Order

The products covered by this sales order are high-density, enterprise-grade DDR4 memory chips. Against the backdrop of ongoing upgrades to global IT infrastructure, enterprise data centers, edge computing networks and commercial embedded systems continue to generate steady demand for DDR4 memory chips offering high capacity and stability.

Under the terms of the agreement, HK 3e Network will deliver a significant volume of enterprise-grade DDR4 memory chips with a density of 16Gb to the client. The execution of this order reflects the sourcing network, procurement and negotiation capabilities, and reliable order fulfillment system of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, HK 3e Network, in the global supply chain for core electronic components.

Supporting Advanced AI R&D Through Hardware Sales

Hardware distribution and trading complement 3 E Network’s overall business portfolio. This order further demonstrates the Company’s revenue-generating capabilities in the IT hardware supply chain. Through its participation in the global trade of electronic components, the Company can contribute to near-term revenue generation while gaining first-hand market insights into semiconductor supply, pricing trends, and end-user demand.

The development of semiconductors and AI infrastructure technologies typically requires substantial capital investment and involves extended development timelines and payback periods. Cash flow generated by the Company’s hardware distribution business can provide additional internal funding for ongoing R&D projects, including the micro-architecture design of its next-generation AI storage controller and edge AI systems-on-chip.

This large-scale order is expected to provide additional resources to support the Company’s long-term R&D initiatives and enhance its financial flexibility. This, in turn, may help the Company maintain continuity in its technology investments amid cyclical fluctuations in the semiconductor industry.

Dr. Tingjun Yang, Chief Executive Officer of 3 E Network, stated: “While continuing to invest in the R&D of next-generation AI infrastructure chips and related software ecosystems, we are also strengthening and expanding our hardware sales business. This $1.2 million order demonstrates our ability to meet the large-scale IT hardware requirements of enterprise clients.”

Dr. Yang further added: “This strategy, which combines hardware trading with R&D in core AI technologies, is designed to strengthen the Company’s financial foundation. We will continue to implement our integrated hardware-and-software strategy by pursuing growth in our IT hardware supply chain business and advancing the commercialization of our AI computing technologies, with the goal of creating long-term value for our shareholders.”
