The Aframax/LR2 Tanker segment includes vessels operated under time charter contracts, voyage charter contracts, and pools entered into by certain of the subsidiaries. The Handysize Tanker segment consists of vessels operated in a Handysize pool. The company was founded on July 29, 2022 and is headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus.
