FRP Holdings, Inc. is a holding company, which engages in the provision of real estate business. It operates through the following segments: Multifamily, Industrial and Commercial, Mining Royalty Lands and Development. The Multifamily segment includes six stabilized joint ventures which own and manage apartment buildings and any associated retail. The Industrial and Commercial segment owns, leases and manages commercial properties. The Mining Royalty Lands segment owns several properties consisting of approximately 16,640 acres currently under lease for mining rents or royalties. The Development segment owns and monitors several parcels of land that are in various stages of development. The company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Jacksonville, FL.
