Investment services note

Investors reviewing model portfolios should note performance claims cited by a market product: year-to-date, two out of three global portfolios are reported to be outperforming their benchmark indices, with 88% of holdings in the green. That same product's flagship Tech Titans strategy is cited as having doubled the S&P 500 within 18 months, with highlighted winners including Super Micro Computer (+185%) and AppLovin (+157%).

Which stock should be your next trade remains a decision for individual investors based on their risk tolerance and strategy.

Note: All figures and percentages in this report reflect the values cited at the close of trading as provided above.

Risks

  • Commodity price swings - crude oil contracts moved in opposite directions (WTI down, Brent up), which can create sector-level revenue and margin uncertainty for energy-related companies.
  • Currency fluctuations - modest moves in USD/MXN and EUR/MXN may affect exporters and importers, as well as firms with FX-sensitive costs or revenues.
  • Concentration of gains - with some large moves driven by a few stocks, market breadth improvement may be uneven and could reverse if those names pull back.
