The company reported that a 40-foot AI data center container built for immersion-cooled computing has been delivered, installed, and connected to both power and network systems. The container has been configured for immersion cooling and the program is now advancing into final engineering coordination for CPU integration and subsequent system commissioning.
Envirotech and AZIO AI characterize this deployment as a central element of their joint initiative to support high-density AI compute workloads while improving thermal efficiency, system stability, and operational resilience. The infrastructure is intended to enable in-field validation of immersion-cooled AI systems under demanding operating conditions.

The immersion-cooled AI data center has been designed with a target of greater than 99% uptime under steady-state operations, and is expected to support competitive power usage effectiveness ranges for immersion-cooled deployments, according to the companies' announcement. The next phases center on integrating CPUs into the configured container and completing commissioning activities to verify system performance.
