Nocera, Inc. is a holding company, which through its subsidiary engages in the aquaculture consulting and management business. It operates through two segments: Fish Trading and E-Commerce. The Fish Trading segment engages in primarily eels, in the Republic of Taiwan, or Taiwan. Upon receiving an order, the company arranges the harvesting of the eels, inspects the products to ensure compliance with the customer’s specifications, and coordinates delivery. The E-Commerce segment is administered through Xinca, an unincorporated division of Xinca will act as an agent in facilitating the sale of third-party products through live-streaming e-commerce platforms. The company was founded on February 1, 2002 and is headquartered in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
